Downloading Your Converted Files

Once your invoices have been successfully converted to CSV or Excel formats, you'll want to download those files for your records or further editing. To do this, simply navigate to the conversion history section in your account. Here, you’ll see a list of all your recent conversions with easy access buttons to download each file. Make sure to check the file type before downloading to ensure you’re getting the format you need.

It’s a good idea to keep your downloaded files organized, especially if you handle multiple invoices regularly. Consider creating dedicated folders on your computer for different clients or projects to streamline your workflow. If you encounter any issues during the download process, such as files not appearing, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache, as these steps can often resolve common glitches.

Remember that the download links might expire after a certain period for security reasons. If you need to access older invoices, you may have to re-upload them for conversion again. Always double-check the date of your last conversion to ensure you’re working with the most recent data, which can save you time and prevent confusion later on.
