How do I access my conversion history?
Sign in to your dashboard to see all your previous conversions. Each conversion shows the date, invoice details, and download links.
Can I re-download converted files?
Yes, logged-in users can re-download their converted files for 30 days. Simply click the download links in your dashboard.
How long are conversions stored?
For logged-in users, conversions are stored for 30 days. After that, they're automatically deleted. Anonymous conversions are only available during your session.
Can I search my conversion history?
Your dashboard shows all conversions in chronological order. You can use your browser's search function (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) to find specific invoices.
What if I need a file after 30 days?
You'll need to re-upload the original PDF and convert it again. Make sure to download important files within the 30-day window.
