How do I convert multiple invoices at once?

Sign in to your dashboard and click 'Bulk Convert' in the top right. You can drag and drop multiple PDF files or select them from your computer. All files will process concurrently, and you'll see live status updates for each file as it completes.

How many invoices can I convert at once?

You can upload as many invoices as you have credits for. There's no hard limit on the number of files - just make sure you have enough credits (1 credit per successful conversion).

Do all files process at the same time?

Yes! BillToSheet processes all files concurrently, not one after another. This means if you upload 10 invoices, all 10 start processing immediately, dramatically reducing total processing time.

What happens if one file fails?

Failed conversions don't use credits and are clearly marked in the results table. You can see which files succeeded and which failed, with error messages for failed conversions. Only successful conversions are saved to your dashboard.
