Where do notes appear in the CSV?
Invoice notes and terms appear in a dedicated notes column in the invoice details CSV, separate from line items and totals.
Can you extract payment instructions?
Yes, payment instructions like 'Please quote invoice number when paying' or specific bank transfer requirements are captured in the notes field.
What about late payment warnings?
Late payment fees, interest charges, and payment deadline warnings that appear on invoices are extracted and included in the notes section.
Are terms and conditions extracted?
Brief terms mentioned on the invoice are captured. If the invoice references separate T&C documents, we note the reference rather than the full external terms.
