Can you extract signature information?
We extract signature metadata like authorized signatory names and approval dates when they appear as text on the invoice. Digital signature images themselves are not extracted.
What approval details are captured?
Approval stamps, authorized by names, approval dates, and approval reference numbers visible on the invoice are extracted into the invoice details.
How are authorization codes shown?
Authorization codes, approval IDs, and transaction authorization numbers are extracted and included in dedicated fields or in the notes section for easy reference.
Can you identify who signed the invoice?
If the signatory's name appears as text (e.g., 'Authorized by John Smith'), we extract it. Hand-drawn signatures in image form are not converted to text.
What about purchase order approvals?
PO approval references, approval workflow IDs, and buyer authorization details mentioned on the invoice are extracted alongside other invoice information.
